Why on Earth would you try to fight with it?

At the time of writing this, the most powerful supercomputer in the world is the “Fugaku” supercomputer created by Fujitsu of Tokyo Japan in June of 2020. It has a peak processing power of 513.855 petaFLOPS, which means that it’s capable of doing 500 quadrillion (10¹⁵) floating-point operations per second. For reference in terms of data storage, a Petabyte is one thousand times larger than a Terabyte and one million times larger than a Gigabyte.

This is a massively powerful computer. Capable of doing incomprehensible amounts of calculations per second…

In the end, I actually ended up finding this information in a $15 dollar self-help book…

Since my return from Afghanistan in September of 2012, I have spent over $10,000 on Psychologists, Psychiatrists, and Therapists.

In that time, I have gleaned but one truly useful piece of information. And as I mentioned, it didn’t even come from a therapist. I actually got this information from a self-help Audiobook I paid $15 dollars for and listened to in bits and pieces some nights while I folded laundry and washed the dishes.

After sifting through all of the reasons that I was…

Choose to manifest greatness. Choose to be happy!

“What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create.” -Gautama Buddha

Our Thoughts Have the Power to Create.

At one time, everything in this world only existed as a thought in someone’s mind. They fixated on their idea long enough and believed in it hard enough, that eventually, they had no choice but to take action in an effort to create it.

Not all thoughts manifest into actions, but the ones we fixate on with enough repetition, duration, and emotion always do.

In other words, a thought created, and dwelled upon enough, must lead to an equivalent action.

“Sow a thought…

I used this technique to learn a new profession and double my income in six months.

About a year an a half ago, I started down a six month path that would dramatically change my life. I began dedicating myself to learning about investing, self-development, and eventually software development (surprisingly, all three topics are much more closely related than you might think).

I was lucky enough to have a job where I could listen to audio books while I worked most of the time, so I got to the point where I was passively listening to audio books around eight…

I used these 3 simple techniques to end my decade-long battle with insomnia, but they can do more than just help you sleep better!

I have spent the last decade learning to dread the inevitable war my mind would wage when the sun went down.

No matter what I did, I could not quite my mind.

Or so I thought… until about 18 months ago when I learned the following three techniques.

These three simple exercises have enabled me to stop taking sleeping medication and all of the other forms of sleep aid that I had become heavily dependant on.

They have granted me a new self-concept about my ability to sleep.

I now have the confidence to know that I can fall asleep in a reasonable amount of time no matter what external circumstances are…

In fact, in some cases, it can actually be disempowering.

I couldn’t tell you how many times I was taught the phrase “Knowledge is Power” throughout my formal education and while growing up.

However, the truth is… Knowledge definitely does not guarantee power.

“I have been impressed with the urgency of doing. Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Being willing is not enough; we must do.” — Leonardo da Vinci

Choose to Manifest Greatness

“What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create.” -Gautama Buddha

Our Thoughts Have the Power to Create.

At one time, everything in this world only existed as a thought in someone’s mind. None of the things that we now hold to be “essential” in our everyday lives would have ever existed if someone had not thought them up as ideas first. They fixated on their idea long enough and believed in it hard enough, that eventually, they had no choice but to take action in an effort to create it.

Not all thoughts manifest into actions…

Albert Einstein believed that as all things are relative, we are all just different perspectives of one entity, the Universe.

“A human being is a part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feeling as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle…

Without contrast, life would just be a monotonous continuum.

Without cold, we couldn’t appreciate warmth. Without pain, we couldn’t perceive pleasure, and without sadness, we would never be able to distinguish happiness from normality. Without being lost, we could never know what it feels like to be found. Without these contrasts, life would just be a monotonous continuum.

Happiness is not a permanently sustainable condition 100% of the time. By fundamental necessity, there must be some time in everyone's life where happiness is absent for them to be able to appreciate a happy state of being. …
